- Maida 1 cup
- Powdered sugar 1/ cup
- Ghee 1/3 cup
- Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
- Baking powder 1/2 tsp
- Salt a pinch
Method:
- Rub ghee into the maida and baking powder till grainy.
- Add sugar and cold water and make a dough.
- Roll out into long strips.
- Keep covered in a refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
- Take out. When at room temperature, cut into circles.
- Bake at 375o F. for 20 minutes till slightly brown.
