Egg Murthaba


  • Egg - 4
  • Onions - 2
  • Tomatoes - 2
  • Chilly powder - 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Turmeric powder
  • Curry leaves
  • Coriander leaves
  • Maida
  • Water
  • Salt
  • Oil


For dough:

Knead maida with water. Add oil and knead well. Keep it aside.

For stuffing:

  • Heat oil in a pan. Add Onions, ginger garlic paste. Fry well.
  • Add tomatoes, turmeric powder, chilly powder and salt.Cook well.
  • Add eggs into this mixture and keep on mixing it , till it comes into small pieces. add finely chopped curry leaves and coriander leaves.
  • Take a small ball from the dough,flatten it pour some raw egg inside and keep the filling.
  • Close it and make it like chapathi.
  • Heat tava, place the chapathi. Cook it with oil.

Hot murthaba's ready. Serve with Paneer butter masala or Chicken kurma.
