- Gram Dal - 1/2 cup
- Toor dal - 1/4 cup
- Black Channa - 1/2 cup
- Rice - 1/2 cup
- Urad dal - 4 tsps
- Wheat - 1/4 cup
- Salt
- Red Chilly 3-4
- Oil
- Curry leaves
Method:
- Soak gram dal, toor dal, black channa separately.Soak rice,urad dal separately.
- Soak Wheat separately.
- Grind all the ingredients in the mixer grinder and keep the flour outside to ferment.
- Heat tava and Put Adai using Coconut oil.
Hot Crispy Adai ready.
Serve with Avial.
