- Pumpkin - 100 gms
- Potato - 1
- Carrot - 1/2
- Beans-5-6
- Peas - 1/4 cup
- Raw banana - 1/2 piece
- Coconut - 1/4 cup grated
- green Chilly - 2-3
- Curd - 1/2 cup
- Mustard seeds
- Curry leaves
- Coconut oil - 1 tsp
Method:
- Cut all the vegetables into juliennes.Boil all the vegetables.
- Grind coconut and green Chilly.
- Heat a Pan, put all the vegetables.
- Add the ground coconut and allow it to boil.
- Add Curd at the end and mix well.
- Temper with mustard seeds and curry leaves.
- Sprinkle with coconut oil.
