Bengal gram Chutney


  • Bengal gram - 5 tbsp
  • Coconut
  • Red chilly - 3
  • Mustard seeds
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Curry leaves


  • Roast Bengal gram, red chilly in oil.
  • After cooling, grind it along with coconut and salt.
  • Temper with mustard seeds and curry leaves.

  • Tastes good with Dosa, Idly, Lemon rice.
