- Toor Dal - 1 cup
- Tomato - 2 small
- Onion - 1
- Curry leaves
- Green chilly - 2
- Sambar powder - 2 tbsp
- Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
- Drumstick / raddish / brinjal
- Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
- Salt
- Water
- Oil
- Coriander leaves
Method :
- Boil Dal, one tomato,turmeric powder,oil 1 tsps.
- Heat oil in a pan, season cumin seeds,mustard seeds, curry leaves,Asafoedita.
- Add green chilly and onions.Fry them. Add the cut vegetables. Saute it well.
- Add tomatoe.cook them.
- Add cooked dal, Sambar powder,chilly powder, salt. Add required water.
- Cook for 10 mins in medium flame.
Garnish with Coriander leaves.
