Ingredients:
- Green peas - 2 cups
- Onion - 1 finely chopped
- Green chillies - 1 finely chopped
- Coriander leaves
- Curry leaves
- Water
- Oil
Method:
- Soak the peas overnight.
- Grind it coarsely.Mix onion, chilly,curry leaves,coriander leaves to the mixture.
- Mix well.
- Heat oil in a pan, take the mixture and make it little flatter and fry it.
Crispy vadas ready.
