- Maida - 1 cup
- Sugar - 100 gms
- Cardamom powder
- Salt little
- Make sugar syrup upto one line consistency.
- Add cardamom to it.
- Knead Maida and salt with water and make it into a dough.
- Make thin chapathis and cut it criss cross.
- Heat oil in a pan, fry the cut pieces or thukkada.
- Put the fried diamonds into the sugar syrup and mix it well.
Hot crunchy thukada sweet is ready.
