Veppampoo Rasam


  • Tamarind - lemon size
  • Sambar powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt
  • Asafoedita
  • Mustard seeds
  • Red chilly - 2
  • Veppampoo

  • In a vessel, add tamarind extract,asafoedita, sambar powder and salt . Allow it to boil to 1/4th.
  • Add water and allow it to boil.

Season mustard seeds,red chilly and veppampoo in Ghee.
