- Tamarind - lemon size
- Sambar powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt
- Asafoedita
- Mustard seeds
- Red chilly - 2
- Veppampoo
Method:
- In a vessel, add tamarind extract,asafoedita, sambar powder and salt . Allow it to boil to 1/4th.
- Add water and allow it to boil.
Season mustard seeds,red chilly and veppampoo in Ghee.
