- Lemon -1
- Moong dal - 1 tbsp
- Tomato - 1
- Green chilly - 1
- Salt
- Turmeric powder
- Sambar powder - 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Boil dal with turmeric powder and asafoedita.
- In a vessel, add water, tomato,chilly,sambar powder and salt . Add water and allow it to boil to 1/4th.
- Add the boiled dal.Allow it to boil.
Squeeze the lemon in the end.
Garnish with Coriander.
Season mustard seeds in Gingelly oil.
