Ingredients:
- Tamarind - lemon size
- Salt
- Sambar powder - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - pinch
- Jeera - 1 tsp
- Toor dal - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves
- Mustard seeds
- Ghee
Method:
- In a vessel, add tamarind extract, sambar powder , turmeric powder and salt . Allow it to boil to 1/4th.
- Grind toor dal, jeera , curry leaves, add water and grind.
- Add required water.
Season mustard seeds,curry leaves in Ghee.
