- Raw rice - 1 cup
- Parboiled rice - 1 cup
- Urad dal - one handful
- Coconut - 1/2 cup
- Salt
- Water
Method:
- Soak rice and dal together.Grind rice with coconut by adding water.
- Add salt and mix well. Allow it to ferment overnight.
- Add Baking soda while preparing aapam.
Serve hot with coconut milk or Kurma.
