Ingredients:
- Coriander Leaves - 1/2 cup
- Few mint leaves
- Garlic - 6
- Ginger -1 "
- Green chillies -2
- Onions - 1
- Pomfret fish -1
- Salt
- Pepper
- Turmeric powder - little
- Tomatoes - 2
- Lemon juice
Method:
- Clean and dry the pomfret. Cut it on one side just enough to make a slit in the belly for the filling.
- Apply salt, lemon juice and a little turmeric powder and set aside..
- Grind all the above ingredients except the tomatoes to a paste . Heat oil, fry the masala well, then add tomatoes, and garam masala. Cool the mixture.
- Stuff the above mixture into the fish, dust the fish with flour on all sides and shallow fry until the fish is cooked evenly on all sides.
