- Milagu podi ( Dry roast pepper , curry leaves, little toor dal) - 1 tsp
- Tamarind - lemon size
- Tomato - 1/2
- Curry leaves
- Sambar powder - 1/4 tsp
Method:
- In a vessel, add tamarind extract, tomato, water,chilly,sambar powder and salt . Allow it to boil to 1/4th.
- Add water
- Season with milagu podi and mustard seeds in ghee.
Garnish with Curry leaves.
