Milagu Rasam


  • Milagu podi ( Dry roast pepper , curry leaves, little toor dal) - 1 tsp
  • Tamarind - lemon size
  • Tomato - 1/2
  • Curry leaves
  • Sambar powder - 1/4 tsp

  • In a vessel, add tamarind extract, tomato, water,chilly,sambar powder and salt . Allow it to boil to 1/4th.
  • Add water
  • Season with milagu podi and mustard seeds in ghee.

Garnish with Curry leaves.
