This curry podi is prepared by my grandma... We use it to give flavor to the poriyal/ stir fries. It gives damn good flavor to the curry. It can be stored in a container for a long time.

- Coriander seeds - 1 cup
- Gram dal - 2 tbsp
- Red chilly - 4
- Asafoedita - 1/4 tsp
- Salt
Method:
- Dry roast it in a pan.
- allow it to cool down and grind it coarsely.
