- Mushroom - 1 pkt
- Onions - 2 finely chopped
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
- Pepper powder - 2 tsp
- Coriander leaves
- Green chilly - 1
- Salt
- Corn - 1/4 cup
- Oil
- Water
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan, add green chilly,coriander leaves.
- Add onions , fry well,
- Add ginger garlic paste. Fry till raw smell disappear
- s.
- Add chilly powder, chopped mushrooms and salt.
- Sprinkle little water. Cook well. Add pepper powder and saute.
- Boil the corn seaparately and finally to the mushroom.
Tastes really good with Sambar rice,curd rice, bread, chapathi.
