Chicken Patty

Ingredients:

  • Chicken minced - 150 gms
  • Potatoes - 2
  • Onions - 2
  • Tomatoes - 2
  • Chilly powder - 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder - 2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • Salt
  • Oil

Capsicum,spring onions optional.

Method:

  • Heat oil in a pan, add onions, fry till golden brown.
  • Add ginger garlic paste, fry till raw smell vanishes.
  • Add tomatoes, chilly powder, coriander powder, salt. Cook well.
  • Add minced Chicken and pour little water for th
  • chicken to boil.Cook for 5-7 mins.
  • Boil the potatoes seperately and smash them.
  • Check if the chicken is cooked well. Cook till the water is absorbed.
  • Now add the smashed potatoes and mix well in hand.
  • Make it into big balls.
  • Heat tava, put little oil.
  • Take the balls and place it flat on the tava, like cutlet.
  • Fry it.

Patty is ready to eat with burger.
