- Chicken minced - 150 gms
- Potatoes - 2
- Onions - 2
- Tomatoes - 2
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 2 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Salt
- Oil
Capsicum,spring onions optional.
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan, add onions, fry till golden brown.
- Add ginger garlic paste, fry till raw smell vanishes.
- Add tomatoes, chilly powder, coriander powder, salt. Cook well.
- Add minced Chicken and pour little water for th
- chicken to boil.Cook for 5-7 mins.
- Boil the potatoes seperately and smash them.
- Check if the chicken is cooked well. Cook till the water is absorbed.
- Now add the smashed potatoes and mix well in hand.
- Make it into big balls.
- Heat tava, put little oil.
- Take the balls and place it flat on the tava, like cutlet.
- Fry it.
Patty is ready to eat with burger.
