Kizhanga meen varuval / Whit fish fry

Ingredients:

  • Fish - 5 pieces
  • Chilly powder - 3 tsp
  • Salt
  • Rava/semolina - few tsps
  • Oil

Method:

  • Marinate fish with chilly powder and salt.
  • Before frying, dip both sides in rava.
  • Heat a tava, add oil. Shallow fry the fishes.
