- Carrot grated - 1 cup
- Curd - 1 cup
- Salt
- Water
- Lemon - few drops
- Coriander leaves
Method:
- Mix all the above ingredients.
- Add few drops of lemon and garnish with coriander leaves.
Tastes best with biryani, fried rice.
