Carrot Raitha

Ingredients:

  • Carrot grated - 1 cup
  • Curd - 1 cup
  • Salt
  • Water
  • Lemon - few drops
  • Coriander leaves

Method:

  • Mix all the above ingredients.
  • Add few drops of lemon and garnish with coriander leaves.

Tastes best with biryani, fried rice.
