Aaru dhaniyam adai....

Ingredients:

  • Gram Dal - 1/2 cup
  • Toor dal - 1/4 cup
  • Black Channa - 1/2 cup
  • Rice - 1/2 cup
  • Urad dal - 4 tsps
  • Wheat - 1/4 cup
  • Salt
  • Red Chilly 3-4
  • Oil
  • Curry leaves

Method:

  • Soak gram dal, toor dal, black channa separately.Soak rice,urad dal separately.
  • Soak Wheat separately.
  • Grind all the ingredients in the mixer grinder and keep the flour outside to ferment.
  • Heat tava and Put Adai using Coconut oil.

Hot Crispy Adai ready.
Serve with Avial.
