Paruppu thuvayal
Ingredients:
Toor dal - 1 small cup
Red chilly - 2
Salt
Tamarind - little
Oil
Water
Hing - pinch
Method:
Heat a tsp of oil in a pan, fry toor dal and red chilly.
Soak them in water for 10 mins.
After its softened, grind all the ingredients coarsely.
