Paruppu thuvayal


Ingredients:

  • Toor dal - 1 small cup
  • Red chilly - 2
  • Salt
  • Tamarind - little
  • Oil
  • Water
  • Hing - pinch

Method:

  • Heat a tsp of oil in a pan, fry toor dal and red chilly.
  • Soak them in water for 10 mins.
  • After its softened, grind all the ingredients coarsely.
