- Potato - 200 gms
- Green chillies - 2
- Mustard seeds
- Gram dal -1/2 tsp
- Curry leaves
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Green peas - 1/4 cup.
- Besan flour - 1/4 cup
- Rice flour - 1 tbsp
- Chilly powder -1/2 tsp
- Salt
- Asafoedita
- Oil
- Water
Method:
- Boil and smash potatoes. Boil Peas.
- Heat pan, add little oil, temper mustard seeds, gram dal, curry leaves, green chillies.
- Add turmeric powder, asafoedita.
- Add the smashed potatoes and peas. Add salt.Mix well.
- Make it into small balls and keep it aside.
- Now for the batter, Mix besan flour, rice flour, chilly powder and salt and required water.
- Heat oil, dip the potato balls in the batter and fry till golden brown.
- Hot Bondas are ready.
