- Prawns - 250 gms
- Onions -2
- Tomatoes - 2
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 2 tsps
- Green chilly - 1
- Salt
- Oil
- Bay leaf - 1
- Cinnamon - 1"
- Cloves - 3
- Coriander leaves
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan, season bay leaf, cinnamon, cloves.
- Add onions and chilly , fry them.
- Add ginger garlic paste till raw smell diminishes.
- Add tomatoes, turmeric powder and little salt. Cook till the tomatoes are mushy.
- Add chilly powder, coriander powder and remaining salt.Allow it to boil
- Add Prawns and boil for few mins.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve hot with Rice.
