Coriander chutney or thuvaiyal


Ingredients:

  • Coriander leaves - 1 bundle
  • Urad dal - 5 tbsp
  • Red chilly - 3
  • Tamarind - very little
  • Oil - 1 tsp
  • Salt
  • Coconut - one handful grated

Method:
  • Roast Urad dal, red chilly and tamarind in oil.
  • Cool it , add coriander and grind it coarsely.
  • Add salt and mix well.

Coriander Chutney is ready.
