Ingredients:
- Coriander leaves - 1 bundle
- Urad dal - 5 tbsp
- Red chilly - 3
- Tamarind - very little
- Oil - 1 tsp
- Salt
- Coconut - one handful grated
Method:
- Roast Urad dal, red chilly and tamarind in oil.
- Cool it , add coriander and grind it coarsely.
- Add salt and mix well.
Coriander Chutney is ready.
