- Mustard seeds
- Urad dal - 2 tsp (soaked in water)
- Curry leaves
- Green chilly - 1
- Salt
- Coconut - 1/4 cup
- Cooked rice - 1 cup
- Oil
Method:
- In a pan, heat oil, season mustard seeds,urad dal,curry leaves and chilly.
- Add the coconut.
- Add the cooked rice and required salt and mix well.
- Coconut rice is ready.
Serve with Aloo mutter masala.
