- Mint - 1 bundle
- Coriander leaves - little
- Urad dal - 5 tbsp
- Red chilly -3
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Coconut - 4tbsp grated
- Tamarind - very little
- Oil
Method:
- Roast Urad dal, red chilly, garlic, coconut, tamarind in oil.
- Add the washed mint and coriander leaves to it and mix well.
- Allow it to cool.Grind it.
