MInt Chutney

Ingredients:

  • Mint - 1 bundle
  • Coriander leaves - little
  • Urad dal - 5 tbsp
  • Red chilly -3
  • Garlic - 3 cloves
  • Coconut - 4tbsp grated
  • Tamarind - very little
  • Oil

Method:

  • Roast Urad dal, red chilly, garlic, coconut, tamarind in oil.
  • Add the washed mint and coriander leaves to it and mix well.
  • Allow it to cool.Grind it.
