Raw mango rice

Ingredients:

  • Cooked rice
  • Mango - 1/4 cup grated
  • Urad dal - 1/2 tsp
  • Mustard seeds
  • Cashews
  • Curry leaves
  • Oil
  • Green chillies - 1
  • Salt

Method:

  • Heat oil in a pan, season mustard seeds , curry leaves, urad dal.
  • Add Green chilly, grated mango, salt. Mix well.
  • Add the Cooked rice and stir well.
  • Roast cashews separately.
  • Garnish with cashews.
