- Cooked rice
- Mango - 1/4 cup grated
- Urad dal - 1/2 tsp
- Mustard seeds
- Cashews
- Curry leaves
- Oil
- Green chillies - 1
- Salt
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan, season mustard seeds , curry leaves, urad dal.
- Add Green chilly, grated mango, salt. Mix well.
- Add the Cooked rice and stir well.
- Roast cashews separately.
- Garnish with cashews.
