Ingredients:
- Dosa Batter
- Carrot - 1 grated
- Capsicum - 1 finely chopped
- Onion - 1 finely chopped
- Spring onion - 1 finely chopped
- Oil
Method:
- Heat Tava, Spread the batter as dosa.
- Sprinkle all the vegetables on top of it.
- Put oil around the dosa.
- Do not turn it the other side. Cook it closed and steam the upper side.
Serve hot with Sambar/ Chutney.
