- Egg - 4
- Onions - 2
- Tomatoes - 2
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste
- Turmeric powder
- Curry leaves
- Coriander leaves
- Maida
- Water
- Salt
- Oil
Method:
For dough:
Knead maida with water. Add oil and knead well. Keep it aside.
For stuffing:
- Heat oil in a pan. Add Onions, ginger garlic paste. Fry well.
- Add tomatoes, turmeric powder, chilly powder and salt.Cook well.
- Add eggs into this mixture and keep on mixing it , till it comes into small pieces. add finely chopped curry leaves and coriander leaves.
- Take a small ball from the dough,flatten it pour some raw egg inside and keep the filling.
- Close it and make it like chapathi.
- Heat tava, place the chapathi. Cook it with oil.
Hot murthaba's ready. Serve with Paneer butter masala or Chicken kurma.
