Egg roast

Ingredients:
  • Egg -2
  • Chilly powder - 1 tbsp
  • Salt
  • Oil

Method:

  • Boil egg. Marinte it with chilly powder and salt.
  • Heat oil in a pan, roast it carefully, as the egg would burst and oil will come out. It can also be closed and cooked.

Yummy with all the dishes( Sambar, rasam, curd)
